Additional Information:
If training at a gym, you may be subject to additional fees for gym memberships or day use passes.

If you would like to train at a gym of your choosing, it is your responsibility to get management approval and cover any additional costs associated to have us there.

Online Training

Online personal training via Facetime or Skype is only possible with strong internet access, a microphone and camera. Most smart phones and tablets are capable of using Skype. FaceTime is only available on iOS devices. We offer these services to anyone in the world, however FaceTime and/or Skype may not be available in some geographical locations due to limited internet access and/or country, state or local laws. Also, some fitness testing, safety considerations, and  and other aspects of training will be limited or not possible.

Anyone is welcome to begin training with us, though availability is on a first come, first serve basis. We only speak English.

Hours of Operation

We offer training services by appointment only between 6am-8pm PST, Monday-Friday.  We have some availability on weekends.  Due to the nature of our business, we do not guarantee any availability and offer our services on a first come, first serve basis.

Scheduling and Rescheduling

You may use this tool, call, text or email us to book appointments with our trainers.

Once you and your trainer agree to a time; it is the responsibility of both trainer and client to fulfill meeting at the scheduled time. If you need to reschedule, you must do so with at least a 24 hour notice or else it may be treated as a late cancellation. If your trainer must reschedule or cancel a session, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know of the changes. You may use this online scheduling tool to book and pay for sessions, reschedule, and cancel if needed. Create a client login to see past and upcoming appointments and save billing info if you wish.

Late Arrival and Absence

If you arrive to the session late, you will be granted the remaining time left in scheduled session. If you and your trainer agree to fulfill the full session length, and go beyond the scheduled session time period, it is at the good will and discretion of your trainer, and is not guaranteed. If you are 15 minutes late or more without notice, we may mark you as absent and cancel the session.

Cacellation Policy

A 24-hour cancellation policy will be strictly enforced. If you must cancel a session, please contact your trainer at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment start time. We may charge 100% of the value of the session if you cancel within 24 hours or are absent.

Reminder Messages

We may use and send auto reminders via text and email to your email address and/or phone number provided. You may opt out of one upon request, however we ask you receive at least one reminder message to avoid possible scheduling errors. If you do not receive a reminder message, we may not have you in our schedule. Please contact your trainer if you do not receive a reminder message. If we do not have you in our schedule, we will not be responsible for being absent.

Payment, Refunds and Fee Structure

Payment and Refund

All sessions must be paid up to date. Arriving to a session without payment is grounds for an immediate cancellation of any scheduled session(s) and will be treated as a late cancellation. Payment may be made by cash, check, or credit and debit card. If a check bounces, a $30 inconvenience fee will be placed on your account to cover any banking fees. If you purchase a training package and wish to cancel training, we may issue you a refund for any unused training sessions. We will not refund any used training sessions. We will send you an invoice via Square.com or Paypal.com you can easily and securely pay online. If in person, payment may be made by cash, check, or credit and debit card. If a check bounces, a $30 inconvenience fee may be placed on your account to cover any banking fees.

Fee Structure

You agree by training with Pike Fitness, we may charge to your account the following unless otherwise agreed upon:

  • 30 minute personal training: $50
  • 60 minute personal training: $100
  • 1 hour private bootcamp: $150
  • 3 month individualized fitness plan: $200
Price Changes

We have the right to increase our rates for services at any time but will give you at least 30 day notice of such changes if they affect your account.

Expiration

All sessions must be used within 90 days from date of purchase. Unused sessions will expire unless otherwise agreed upon.

Gym Memberships and Training

If session(s) take place at a gym, then a membership to that gym may be required. Any membership dues are your responsibility and are not covered with purchase of training services through Pike Fitness unless otherwise agreed upon. If any required membership lapses and you arrive to a session without funds to cover membership, the session may be canceled and will be treated as a late cancellation within 24 hours as stated in the terms above. It will then be the clients responsibility to renew their gym membership before scheduling more training sessions.

Communication Delay

It is the duty of your trainer to not take calls, text messages or emails during sessions. This applies to your sessions as well as other client’s sessions so expect a delay on response to inquires by phone, text, or email.

Nondisclosure / Privacy

We respect your privacy and will not give away or solicit any personal identification information, medical records, or contact details to anyone without your consent. Some of your information will be stored on secure cloud based servers. The information within our possession will be available to you with your request. If the information that we have collected about you has been lost, destroyed, or disclosed, we will notify you immediately.
