This one rep max calculator was designed to help you find your one repetition maximum (1RM). 1RM is the maximum load you can lift for one rep in any given exercise. The calculator provides you with both your estimated one rep max, and percentages to use when training at higher rep ranges. This information is invaluable when selecting training loads, and developing detailed workout plans. If you have any questions about how you can use this data, please contact us today.
*Our calculator uses three different equations for determining one rep max, and calculates the average of the three.
