Conditioning is a heart-pounding cardio based class that will build endurance and work capacity. We blend traditional aerobic exercises with calisthenics and functional movement patterns to build workouts that will get you into amazing shape.



Strength training classes are a perfect way to build a resilient frame that can handle whatever stress life throws your way. We blend free weights, machine, and body weight resistance exercises to help you get stronger, build lean muscle, and improve the way you move.



Yoga is all about connecting your body, mind, and spirit. Learn to control your body and breath as you move through a series of poses that will build dynamic control, awareness, and flexibility.

Starting 6/20/2020, we will be offering Yoga classes again each Friday at 6pm. We do not require masks, but do require you to wash your hands upon entry, and distance at least 6 ft apart. Due to a very limited amount of yoga mat rentals available (6), we ask you bring your own. Studio rental mats are $1/class, and available first come-first serve.

Steps for Sign-up

  1. Complete Intake Form
  2. Book your first class below to try us out, free of charge.
  3. If you like the class, choose a membership under “Class and Membership Rates” tab and purchase.
  4. Book each class via our scheduling tool either on this page, or via the MINDBODY APP
  5. Come to each class ready for a great workout!
  6. Let us know if we can help with anything. Our trainers are here for your success!

Intake Forms

New participants must complete our group exercise intake form.

For the physical copy, you may print it and bring it with you completed, or stop by our facility early to get a copy from us to fill out before class starts. The digital version may be accessed and filled out anytime.

If you are at an increased risk of injury or coronary artery disease, we may require you to get your doctor to sign you off prior to participation. Please refer to the intake packet for whether or not you need to get clearance.

  • You may book classes 24/7 using the tool below or via the MINDBODY App.
  • We stop accepting reservations 30 minutes prior to class start times.
  • Classes can be booked up to 30 days out.


We have several membership options for you to choose from. Visit our memberships page for more information and to sign up online.

  • Please wear appropriate exercise clothing and bring water and small towel.
  • Be sure to hydrate and eat a light meal prior to the class.
  • If you are sick, please stay home and rest up.
  • Please bring a yoga mat to Yoga class. We have a limited amount to rent for $1.
  • If you have any questions related to our services or exercise in general, please don’t hesitate to ask. We are happy to help!
  • Please come a few minutes early and ready for a punctual start.
  • If you’re late, we may require you to sit out until we move to another exercise or have time to go over important details of the workout with you without interrupting the class.
  • Please come with a positive attitude and be courteous to other exercisers and our facility.
  • If you have questions about anything, please ask.
  • If you reserve a spot and cannot attend, you must cancel within 60 minutes from the class start time or you’ll be marked as a no-show. No shows and late cancels will be charged $5 per occurrence.
