In this non-exercise based battery of health and fitness tests, we’ll cover the following information:

  • Coronary Artery Disease Risk
  • Resting Heart Rate
  • Blood Pressure
  • Body Mass Index (BMI)
  • Waist to Hip Ratio
  • 4 Site Circumference Measure
  • Body Composition (Body Fat %, Lean Mass, Fat Mass)

We ask for anyone interested to avoid consuming alcohol, tobacco, or caffeine at least 4-6 hours prior to the test.

Find your body composition (fat mass, muscle mass, and body fat %). Our body composition assessment will help you track progress and see subtle results the scale alone will never tell.

We may use a variety of different tests to find this information for you based on your BMI and your decision after discussing options, including:

  • Skinfold (BMI under 30)
  • Circumference (BMI over 30)

Exercise Based Fitness Tests

The FMS is the screening tool used to identify limitations or asymmetries. It measures seven fundamental movement patterns that are key to functional movement quality in individuals with no current pain or known musculoskeletal injury.

At the appointment, we’ll put you through the screen, give you a score, and advise you on what you should be doing to move better.
