This is hands-down my favorite gym ever. The trainers are amazing. They keep an eye on everyone's form through the whole workout. They keep those working out motivated to do their best. They have used their smaller space well and have a variety of equipment. I've done both personal training and group exercises classes here. I love both. -

My fiancé and I have been going to Pike Fitness since it opened in Hiddenbrooke. We have loved the convenience of the gym in our community paired with the thoughtful and friendly instruction from Steve and Jeff. These brothers are on a mission to share their fitness, health and well-being knowledge with others In a quest to help everyone achieve their optimal fitness potential. It doesn't matter whether you haven't lifted a weight in your life or if you've been working out and lifting for a long time, Jeff and Steve will make sure you get a great workout when you visit their gym. ★★★★☆ Bootcamp is a new animal and in the beginning it kicked my butt. Our office does an outside workout 3 x a week which I do 2 x a week mostly with Steve. He is good at varying the routing and explaining the "WHY?" behind the moves we do. I hate running but I do it. Something about seeing everyone else do it motivates me to do things I'd never do at home. The routines are never boring, always something different except for the squats and push ups...they seem to work themselves into each class. I'm 7 weeks in and I've lost about one inch, not much but once you are over 40 it's hard to lose anything so I'm hopeful! I couldn't have done this without the group. We've become closer as an office as we struggle through class and we pump each other up! It is awesome. I'm not sure how we will do this in the rain, but I bet Steve will have some great ideas. You rock! -

★★★★★ I have had lots of trainers over the years and Steve is a definite keeper. He is very inventive with workouts and incorporates a variety of fitness equipment for a fun, full body workout. I'd never worked with kettlebells and am impressed with the difference it has made for both my strength and flexibility. Steve is that rare trainer who reads your fatigue and knows when to push and/or when to modify an exercise. He's genuinely friendly but not a push over. For someone like me, who is not super fit and is just trying to get stronger and thinner, he's perfect! I've been with him for about six months for personal training and bootcamp and I recently signed up for 6 more. -

★★★★★ I've gone to a few boot camp classes and I'm currently doing personal training with Steve. For the boot camp, the guys do a good job of mixing it up and I always leave feeling like I got a good workout. With Steve I'm learning how to use Kettlebells. At first I wasn't so sure how I would like using them, but they are definitely growing on me. What I really like about Kettlebells, besides the full body workout, is we can use them outside!! As for Steve, he's really good about helping me to start with good form and to build strength where I need to BEFORE I start any advanced movements/swings. -

I tend to be a bit of a do-it-yourself kind of guy, but Steve made me realize that I wasn't doing things correctly. The few personal sessions I did with him were just great. I learnt so much in so little time. Jeff is like an encyclopedia in training. I was anticipating the opening of this new fitness center this past summer since I wanted to re-start my healthy habits of exercising. Now, I workout 5-6 days a week and feel great! Their individual and group training sessions are outstanding as I have learned the right way to work on the weighted exercises (strength training) as well as move more efficiently during the conditioning sessions. I have done cross fit before and had injuries because of lack of attention caused by overcrowded classes! You definitely get individual attention from Steve and Jeff, the trainer-owners, as they guide you through the workouts. The facility is top notch so you have to check it out! -

I have been working out to varying degrees for the past 20+ years. I have seen better results working out with Steve and Jeff for the past 10 months than I have ever seen. They are clearly very educated in fitness and know how to cater a workout to best fit your physical abilities/deficiencies. I have been dealing with knee and foot issues that i thought would inhibit me from working out. With Pike, i am able to both work on my fitness, and augment my physical therapy and work on the knee and foot issues. I can't speak highly enough of my experience working out at Pike Fitness.
