1-on-1 Personal Training Cancellation Policy
I understand and agree by cancelling sessions, I will be charged $35 per instance as a retainer for my time slot, but my session will be preserved in my account for later use, subject to a 90 day expiration from date of purchase. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours will be charged full rate.
Small Group Training Cancellation Policy
I understand and agree by cancelling sessions, I will be charged $18.75 per instance as a retainer for my time slot, but my session will be preserved in my account for later use, subject to a 90 day expiration from date of purchase. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours will be charged full rate.
Weightroom Cancellation Policy
I understand and agree by cancelling sessions, I will not be able to make up the appointment or reschedule, and you will be billed as normal. By canceling ahead of time though, you are preventing no-shows, which accrue $20 per occurrence. Excessive no shows may lead to termination of your account.
