We’re located just outside the Napa Valley, between Vallejo and Fairfield California with easy freeway access. Exit I80 at American Canyon Road, and turn into the Hiddenbrooke neighborhood. You’ll find the studio in the Hiddenbrooke Plaza.

If you need extra help with your workout program, we’ve got you covered! Get a virtual trainer in the palm of your hand with our virtual training app, Teambuildr! This powerful and feature rich app will guide you through each and every exercise, allowing you to see video demonstrations, track your progress and maxes, write progress notes, and so much more. You can access your plan on any device with an internet connection, so wherever you’re at, you’ll be able to train. We’ll help you choose the perfect program for your fitness level, so you can get the results you want without the guess work.
