Sometimes you can’t always remember an exercise by its name. Our training app features hundreds of demonstration videos to show you what each exercise is supposed to look like. Our video’s are kept short and concise without fluff. You’ll see a few reps of the exercise demonstrated with perfect form, so you don’t have to waste time and skip forward to the demonstrations.

Members receive unlimited visits by appointment only. All visits must be reserved online by scheduling “Open Gym” Classes. Specific times are not guaranteed.  Reservations must be made on our booking page or via the MINDBODY app at least 15 minutes in advance to lock in spot, and cancelled if needed within 1 hour to avoid late cancel fee. We do not accept reservations, cancellations, or any schedule changes via phone, text, or email for Open Gym workouts.

Due to limited availability, there will be a $5 charge for no-shows. We may also deny access to the facility or charge a $5 no-reservation drop-in fee if you arrive without a scheduled appointment, regardless of membership status.

You can modify your training frequency at any time. No long term commitments. We never charge enrollment or cancellation fees. It’s never been easier to work with a trainer.
