Cancellation Form

Because your sessions are scheduled on a recurring basis, we’re unable to easily fill your spot if you cancel. Rather than charging the full session amount, we apply a small cancellation fee as a retainer to keep your spot in the schedule— even if you’re away for an extended period, like a vacation.

When appointments are canceled, your next billing is delayed until all sessions in your package have been used or applied. Cancellation fees help us stay on track while ensuring you still have a place when you return.

Cancellation fees also play an important role in improving consistency and accountability. Having a clear policy encourages clients to stick to their training schedule, which leads to better long-term results and progress.

If you either do not know when you can return back to training or would like to waive your cancellation fee, you can request a long term absence by contacting us directly with your request. Please note if you opt out of cancellation fees, we will cancel your sessions indefinitely and your spot in the schedule may be offered to other clients and cannot be guaranteed upon your return. Additionally, any remaining sessions will be subject to our 90 day expiration policy. Please reach out to see how we can work around your leave of absence.
