Professional Services:
If you no show any of your services scheduled within this complementary package, we will charge your card on file $50 for inconvenience and will revoke further services.

If you need to reschedule any services, you may do so free of charge if more than 24 hours ahead of time. The session will be forfeited if within 24 hours.

To schedule or reschedule professional service appointments (personal training, consulting, massage therapy), you may call or text our gym (707) 413-7453, or your trainer directly.

Open Gym:
We require reservations for open gym workouts. You may schedule up to 15 minutes before the appointment time. Please actively manage your open gym schedule and cancel or reschedule appointments that you cannot attend. We have a $5 no show and $5 no reservation charge for open gym workouts, regardless of current membership.

We do not accept cancellations or reservations over phone, text, or email for open gym solo workouts. All scheduling and rescheduling must be done online or via the MINDBODY app for this appointment type.
