Saturday Morning Group Workout

Come workout in a fun and supportive atmosphere, every Saturday morning at 8:30am!

  • Workouts led by Certified Personal Trainers.
  • To keep the class fresh, instructors will rotate every week.
  • All workouts are appropriate for all fitness levels and can be modified as needed.
  • Free for Pike Fitness members, $10 drop in for non-members

Workouts will include:

  • Circuit training
  • Resistance training
  • Kettlebells
  • Flexibility

Feel free to come a little early to get ready, we open at 8am.
