Key Expectations

Before you join, here’s what you agree to when you sign up:

  • Access & Check-In
    • Each member must check in individually by unlocking the door with a FOB or phone — being let in by someone else does not count as check-in.
    • Reservations are required for every visit.
    • Pike Fitness operates as a largely unstaffed facility. Do not expect staff to be present or available for assistance during your visit.
  • Guests
    • No unregistered guests. If someone wants to join, they must complete the sign-up process and reserve their own visit.
  • Shared Space & Equipment
    • Spray equipment and wipe it down with a drying rag immediately after use. Even sitting on a bench causes sweat buildup — nobody wants to use dirty equipment.
    • Return all equipment to its proper place after use.
    • Do not place personal items on benches, boxes, platforms, machines, or marked “Keep Area Clear” areas. Use cubbies or seating areas.
    • Work in with others if requested by any member or staff. Pike Fitness is a shared training environment.
  • Conduct
    • Respect others and maintain a focused training environment.
    • No unsafe or disruptive behavior.
    • Do not provide coaching or training services to others inside the facility.
  • Photography & Media
    • No recording or filming others without the permission of everyone visible in the frame.
    • No commercial filming or promotional content without written permission.

Entering the Facility

  1. Download the Pike Fitness Bookings App:

    Download on the App Store
  2. Schedule your workouts (required 24/7).
  3. At the door, open the app and swipe to unlock, or tap your phone on the reader (located to the far left of the doors). Additional setup instructions are provided in the app and onboarding emails.
  4. If you would like a FOB key instead of phone access, please let us know.
  5. Ensure the doors fully close when entering and exiting.
