Online registrations are required for self-guided workout and group exercise participation.

Cancellation Policy

Open Gym Workouts
If you cannot attend your workout, please cancel within 1 hour via the MINDBODY app or at our scheduling page at https://pikefitness.com/schedule-workout/. A penalty of $5 per occurrence will be charged to your account or card on file for no-shows or late-cancellations.

Personal Training
If you cannot attend, please contact us or let your trainer know directly within 24 hours prior to the session. Late cancels will be charged 100% of the session value.

Consultations
If you cannot attend, please contact us or let your trainer know directly within 24 hours prior to the session. Late cancels will waive their one free consultation and risk being placed on a do not service list.

All we ask is you respect our time, and we will respect yours. Communication is key!
