Cooper Test: 12 Minute Run/Walk VO2max Calculator

The Cooper test is a test of aerobic capacity developed by Kenneth H. Cooper in 1968 for use by the US military.

To perform the test, run at the fastest pace you can sustain for 12 minutes, and record the overall distance traveled. If you reach a point where you can no longer run, you can walk, but do not stop! You are encouraged to push yourself throughout the test.
